The 2023 Legislative Session Bonkers Super Cut
This year "Bonkers" became quite the catchphrase on the house floor amongst our Members. So to commemorate making it to the end of this Legislative Session I compiled, clipped, and edited this compilation.
To find ALL of the "Bonkers" I used a transcript scrapping plug-in in chrome to get a list of videos that contained the phrase and then went into each video and used transcript search to find the time stamp for each occurrence.
Downloading all of the needed clips and getting them together as a rough cut in Resolve.
The Final Cut for export and delivery.
